Lily GEICO AppVoice recognition has come a long way. Gone are the days of yelling into your phone, hoping it recognizes the contact name you’re trying to dial. Today’s voice assistants allow you to just talk naturally, and we like them so much, we’ve created our own!

Meet Lily – the new interactive voice assistant available on the GEICO App.

Lily is able to respond to the questions and needs that policyholders have. She can assist you in making a payment, understanding your insurance coverage, viewing your claim and much more! But it’s not all insurance – try asking her what she likes to eat or what she thinks of the Gecko!
