In honor of GEICO’s 75th anniversary, we’re sharing an image from GEICO’s past each month this year and inviting you to exercise your caption-writing skills.
They say an army travels on its stomach. Well, the same could be said of GEICO. Those who serve the military, as GEICO proudly has throughout its history, need to be well-fed, too
Most of our offices include a cafeteria, where our associates (that’s what we call GEICO employees) can go for MREs (that’s “meals ready to eat” for us non-military folk). This fellow was part of the GEICO cafeteria crew that kept the headquarters staff fed and watered and ready for action in the 1950s.
What do you think he was planning for those stewpots?
