The Caveman is up to some of his old tricks. The home of his new website, geicocaveman.com, serves as a portal for Caveman and Me along with the Caveman’s video blog among other things. This time he’s helping his cohorts — or anyone who asks — pass along greetings to their friends on Facebook and Twitter through Caveman and Me, a new interactive greeting application using augmented reality. We are currently showcasing Caveman and Me at our Best of College Sports Tour and the fans love it! There are plenty of football-related greetings — or insults — within the application so college students and alumni are having fun mocking friends about their teams. The Caveman would be happy to sit on your friend’s Facebook wall and say “You know, there’s a word for fans like you … losers.” If you haven’t sent a message yet, what are you waiting for?
What else is on the site? You can link to the Caveman’s Facebook page or read what he’s tweeting about. And since there is a high demand for the Caveman to be in photos with people, he decided to take part in Caveman Photo Crasher, an app within the GEICO GloveBoxSM that allows anyone to insert him right into their photos. Browse through photos of the Caveman with his friends on Caveman Photo Crasher, coming to the site at the end of the month. Let me know what you think of the new site and don’t forget that you can upload your photos of the Caveman to his Facebook page.
