With record-breaking snowfall and violent hailstorms, this year has been marked by severe weather. Hurricane season starts this month, and forecasters are predicting a high level of activity in the southeastern part of the country. When severe weather hits, GEICO’s Catastrophe Teams leap into action to respond to the call of our customers.

If your vehicle is damaged during a storm, GEICO is available 24/7 to answer your call. You can file a claim online at www.geico.com or over the phone. To accommodate increased levels of claim reporting, GEICO’s associates work overtime to respond to your calls and e-mails as quickly as possible. GEICO will also bring out-of-town adjusters to the scene of the storm so that vehicles can be inspected quickly.

After a storm, it is our goal to provide our policyholders with outstanding customer service.  We’ll keep our fingers crossed and hope that this summer is catastrophe-free, but if severe weather strikes, GEICO will be ready to serve you.

the commercial with andres cantor really sucks, he is not even the best actually he is one of the younger commentators but not even close to the best. I am surprised that you always deliver the best commercials, but not on this one.

Hi Tony. I’m sorry that you don’t like our commercial with Andres Cantor. No need to worry though; we’ve got lots of new commercials in the works that you’ll surely love!
